We are looking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Client Services team! This internship will offer hands-on experience in client relationship building, campaign launches, and campaign management. You will be working closely with our Client Services team to support the delivery of high-quality service to our clients and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

• Assist in managing client accounts and maintaining up-to-date records in our databases known as Salesforce, Platform, JIRA and more.
• Help prepare client presentations, reports, and meeting materials
• Help support communication with clients via email, phone, or video calls
• Track client feedback and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues
• Conduct research to support client projects or service delivery
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives
• Maintain professionalism in all client interactions
• Collaborate effectively in team settings while also being able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Work closely with the Strategy team to help complete a group presentation by the end of internship

Our ideal A-Players will be:

• A rising junior/senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree at a college or university
• Majoring in a field closely related to the department they are interning
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent verbal and written communicators
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn from a rapidly growing company
• Confident to take initiative and collaborate with teammates
• Able to commit to a full-time (35-40 hours per week) work schedule between June 9, 2025 and August 15, 2025
