Key Responsibilities:

• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda across commercial litigation matters

• Conduct discovery, including interrogatories and responses to opposing counsel

• Prepare and argue motions before state and federal courts

• Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop litigation strategies

• Assist in deposition prep, witness coordination, and exhibit management for trial

• Manage deadlines, case calendars, and electronic document systems

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of commercial litigation experience

• Active admission to the New Jersey Bar

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school

• Strong legal writing, oral advocacy, and analytical skills

• Experience managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
