  • Develop and implement standardized operating procedures, protocols, and administrative policies in alignment with compliance and governing bodies.
  • Work closely with vendors, corporate management, and medical imaging teams to oversee and coordinate strategic planning for medical imaging technology and system upgrades.
  • Act as a liaison between clinical departments, biomed, IT, vendors, and external agencies to ensure timely service delivery and effective problem resolution.
  • Provide technical support and serve as a subject matter expert for PACS applications, assisting in advanced troubleshooting, system enhancements, and integration efforts.
  • Support change initiatives, including the development, interpretation, implementation, and evaluation of goals, objectives, and process improvement activities during system upgrades or transitions.
  • Ensure PACS systems and related processes comply with HIPAA, CMS, Joint Commission, and other healthcare regulatory requirements to maintain legal and accreditation standards.
  • Implement robust security measures to protect sensitive patient and financial information, including user access controls and audit trails.
