In partnership with our client, we are actively seeking Dental Hygienists who would like to expand and grow their careers in the Dental market. In this role as a Dental Prevention Sales Representative, you will be tasked to deliver on our commitment to serve patients. This exciting new focused sales team will be instrumental in expanding our prevention and care product portfolio. Qualifications/Experience: A Qualified Candidate for the Dental Prevention Sales Representative shall meet the following qualifications: Associates Degree is required, Four-year college degree (B.A., B.S. or equivalent) preferred, Dental hygienist experience is required, Certified Licensure as a Dental Hygienist is optimal, Dental sales experience is a plus. Following experience is a plus: Experience educating peers on hygiene solutions, Experience in working with hygiene schools (post-grad), Experience during college: Working, Competitive Sports, Extra-curricular activities- especially in leadership roles, Military. 25%+ travel may be required. May need to work evenings and weekends as needed (conferences, programs, etc.). Ability to speak Spanish required. Generate sales in line with assigned Territory quota, Maintain and update current and prospective target Prescriber profiles, Keep current with market knowledge and competitive products, Maintain a professional image for Client and Client Products, Participate in all required training and sales meetings, Plan and organize Territory to meet sales and call targets, Make sales presentations (Sales Calls) – individual, one-on-one, in-services, Make complete, accurate and timely submission of all time-keeping, details, call activity, expense reports, and sample activity when applicable, Compliance with Promotional Program, and proper use of Promotional Materials and Promotional Expense Budgets, Participate or coordinate lunch & learns, dinner programs, weekend events, as appropriate, Meet and collaborate with co-promotional partners (e.g., authorized dealers) or counterparts (i.e., Territory Sales Managers and Prevention & Care Advocates).
