Floating Leasing Consultant Apartment Community

We are seeking a dedicated Floating Leasing Consultant to support operations at multi-family properties in Gresham, Fairview, and Portland, Oregon . This role involves leasing apartments, showing units, processing applications, and fostering positive resident relations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with leasing activities including tours, applications, and inquiries
• Conduct property tours and promote the community
• Develop strategies to attract tenants and host promotional events
• Maintain positive relationships with residents and staff
• Manage resident move-ins and move-outs
• Coordinate with property management and maintenance teams
• Monitor market conditions to support leasing strategies

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of leasing experience in a multi-family community of 50+ units
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills
• Valid drivers license required
