Make an Impact Every Day

We're looking for a hands-on, people-first Warehouse Manager to lead and elevate our warehouse operations. In this role, you'll be the operational heartbeat of our facility—ensuring safety, accuracy, and efficiency are always top priorities. If you're someone who enjoys rolling up your sleeves, developing teams, and building systems that drive performance, this could be your next big move.

Why You’ll Love This Role:

  • Strong focus on process improvement and systems thinking
  • You’ll lead, not just manage. Inspire and develop a team of dedicated warehouse staff with a focus on accountability, training, and professional growth.
  • You’ll have real ownership. From inventory to shipping to process improvement—you’ll drive results that directly impact the business.
  • You’ll help shape our future. We’re growing and evolving, and your insights and experience will help guide how we scale and improve.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the Team
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations and supervise a small, focused team.
  • Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and lead by example in a safety- and performance-focused environment.
  • Facilitate weekly Level 10 team meetings to drive alignment and accountability.
  • Conduct quarterly performance reviews and ongoing coaching.
  • Champion a strong food safety and compliance culture, supporting audits and maintaining regulatory standards (GMPs, FSMA, USDA Organic, SQF, etc.).

Own Receiving & Shipping

  • Manage all inbound shipments, ensuring everything is received, inspected, and documented accurately.
  • Ensure outbound orders are fulfilled correctly, packed efficiently, and shipped on time to meet customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with purchasing, logistics, and carriers to solve issues and keep things moving.

Keep Inventory On Point

  • Maintain accurate inventory records with regular cycle counts and system updates.
  • Be the in-house expert on our inventory management system—train and support your team to use it effectively.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies with precision and urgency.

Drive Freight Efficiency

  • Coordinate with freight providers to ensure on-time, cost-effective deliveries.
  • Monitor freight spend and carrier performance, recommending improvements along the way.

What You Bring:

  • Forklift certification
  • Comfortable leading safety and equipment training.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse systems, inventory control, and shipping/receiving processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Food industry or FDA/FSMA experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong math, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
  • Ability to lift 50–60 lbs. and be on your feet throughout the day.
  • Proven leadership skills, whether as a supervisor, lead, or someone who took charge and improved operations.

Who You Might Be:

You may not have the title "Warehouse Manager" on your résumé—but if you’ve led teams, improved systems, and driven results in a warehouse or logistics environment, we’d love to talk. We’re especially excited to meet candidates who come from structured, high-performing environments of similar food and logistics companies.

Ready to Join Us?

If you’re looking for a leadership role where you can make an immediate impact, develop people, and drive operational excellence—we’d love to meet you. Let’s build something great together.
