• Manage federal and state fraud and abuse investigations
• Defend clients in False Claims Act and qui tam litigation
• Conduct internal compliance reviews and provide advisory support
• Handle Medicare administrative appeals and enforcement actions
• Advise on medical staff governance and operational disputes
• Litigate payor-provider disputes, including arbitration and mediation

Qualifications:
• Over 2 years of experience in healthcare law or healthcare litigation
• JD from an accredited law school
• Active membership in the California Bar
• Strong background in fraud and abuse laws and regulatory defense
• Excellent legal writing and advocacy skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
