Key Responsibilities:
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial real estate leases, with an emphasis on retail leasing
• Manage real estate legal matters independently, supporting client business goals
• Maintain accuracy and responsiveness in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate with internal teams as needed to ensure comprehensive service
• Provide timely counsel on real estate leasing matters to a variety of clients

Qualifications:
• 5–8 years of experience in real estate law, with a strong focus on leasing
• Significant experience in retail leasing preferred
• JD from an accredited law school
• Licensed in the candidate’s home jurisdiction or eligible for admission without examination
• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication, drafting, and organizational skills
