The ideal candidate will have a desire to be part of a woman owned company, may have been a real estate agent in the past and understand the operational flow of a real estate office and the industry, but not looking to be an agent again..

The ideal candidate might have been agent in the past but not looking to be a real estate agent
Will have past experience in real estate, and will act as the office manager, handling operational workflow, and support the owner of the company as an Executive Assistant
Real estate license preferred, but doesn't have to be active
Commuting distance to Rockwall Texas and open to being in an office
Comfortable managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
