Job Title: CIS Practice Sales - Cloud & Infrastructure Services

Location: Dallas, TX

Are you a seasoned sales leader with deep technical expertise in Cloud and Infrastructure Services (CIS)? We are seeking an experienced individual to drive success across our Cloud Infrastructure Services portfolio. This hybrid role combines the best of both worlds—business development (hunting) and account management (farming)—where you’ll help clients optimize their cloud infrastructure solutions while leveraging your expertise in the IT services space.

As the Industry Group owner of CIS, you will play a central role in working closely with industry sales teams, solution architects (onshore and offshore), and clients. You’ll ensure our customers receive tailored cloud solutions that meet their business needs and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the business development strategy for Cloud Infrastructure Services in your designated region.
  • Focus on driving revenue growth, ensuring account retention, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Nurture and manage relationships with existing clients to foster long-term business success.
  • Champion delivery-led growth across the portfolio.
  • Build and expand strategic partnerships to grow the services portfolio.

Sales Competencies & Experience:

  • A proven track record of consistently driving revenue growth in a similar role within an established IT services organization.
  • Strong connections with designated accounts and a deep understanding of client needs.
  • Experience in a leading IT services company, where you have contributed to cloud and infrastructure solution strategies.
  • A comprehensive understanding of the broader business context in which clients operate, with the ability to deliver tailored solutions that create value.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Achieve year-over-year revenue growth in your assigned portfolio.
  • Secure total contract value bookings and maintain profitability targets.
  • Acquire new logos in your growth portfolio.
  • Contribute to thought leadership through three (3) publications or speaker sessions annually.

Industry Experience:

  • Expertise in industries such as Media & Entertainment (M&E), Retail & Consumer Goods (RCG), Healthcare & Life Sciences (HLS) is highly valued.
  • Candidates with a strong grasp of Cloud and Infrastructure Services from other industries will also be considered.

Technical Expertise & Appreciation:

  • Experience in Cloud (IaaS and PaaS) strategy, migration, and operations.
  • Proficiency in private and hybrid cloud setups and their operational management.
  • Familiarity with End User Services, including Digital Workplace and Service Desk operations.
  • Expertise in Software-Defined Infrastructure (SDI) operations.
