Responsibilities
- Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information
- Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers
- Analyze risks and opportunities
- Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve
- Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives
- Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports
- Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement)
Qualifications - Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
- An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
- Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g. Basecamp or Trello)
Job Highlights - Remote Eligible (US)
- 6-month contract with the potential to extend
- Part-time: 20-30 hours weekly.
- 3-5 years of experience expected as a Legal Administrative Assistant or similar
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality.
- Proactive and responsive to urgent requests.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technically proficient with Slack, Google Suite, slide development, case management tools, and administrative platforms.
- Ability to learn how to upload confidential data in a law firm's portal
Compensation - $33.33 - $41.67 /hour Pay Rate
